About the position

We are now looking for dedicated Claims Advisors for Din Bil's repair shops in Southern Stockholm. In this role, you will work with meeting customers, providing world-class service, and managing the claims process from start to finish. Your tasks include customer reception, appointment booking, rental car booking, invoicing, damage assessment, and calculations for insurance companies. You will also be responsible for planning the work for the damage technicians in Cabplan.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of cars and car repairs, preferably with experience as a claims estimator, claims advisor, mechanic, or damage repair technician. It is advantageous if you have a technical education in automotive technology and documented experience from the automotive industry. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a strong sense of service, are solution-oriented, and strive to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You are structured, meticulous, and have the ability to prioritize in a workday that may involve many different tasks. Experience working in Cabas and using a phone and computer as work tools is a requirement, as well as a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a good sense of service and an attitude of always looking for solutions. You strive to create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Since the tasks are many and involve some planning and administration, it is important that you can prioritize and be structured and meticulous in your work approach. A requirement is experience working in Cabas and using a phone and computer as work tools.
